Give feedback on the "Feedback & 1:1s" tab by clicking the “Feedback” button next to one of your team members’ names. By default, your feedback is private between you and the receiver.
A feedback session contains of an optional general comment and structured questions about your colleague - these questions depend on your company framework and the team(s) that your colleague belongs to. For each question, you can pick a level of proficiency on a continuous scale and add a comment, if you want. If you’re not sure about something, you can also skip that question.
If there are specific questions that you want to give feedback on, you can also select these by clicking "Pick specific", selecting up to three questions and confirming your choice.
Under "My answers" you will see your current answers. You can modify or remove these before submitting your feedback.
