There may be instances when you would find it beneficial for others to read the talking points and notes that were entered in a meeting, without giving them access to also engage and add talking points themselves. This is particularly beneficial for HRBP's or coaches who need visibility to meetings to understand action plans and progress, without being a participant in the meeting. These meetings can then be used in performance improvement plans and other career development goals, without the necessity of having the participants send the corresponding information separately.
You can now provide read-only access to specific users who are not participating in the meetings but need access to relevant talking points and plans.
Users who have read-only access will only be able to view talking points and shared notes that were taken in the meetings but will not have access to write any notes or talking points themselves, as well as check/uncheck talking points.
Any meeting participant is able to add or remove other users who have read-only access.
To add a read-only participant just navigate into the settings of the respective meeting and type in the employee you would like to add.
Please note: Read-only participants can read the talking points from the moment they are added to the meeting; They do not have permission to access the past meeting content from before they were included.
