You can now follow up on anonymous comments by one of your survey respondents: If a survey owner responds to a comment, the author will be notified and can provide additional details, while remaining completely anonymous. This will enable you to do better follow-ups on your surveys, while protecting the anonymity of respondents.
We've redesigned the way we're displaying 1:1 agendas. Talking points are now nested underneath the respective agenda question, and meeting notes have a more prominent position. This should make larger meetings even more productive.

You can now export the results heatmap (as an Excel) to make bonus calculations easier.

Our Slack integration is becoming much more powerful: You will now get most notifications (goal updates, surveys, review notifications, etc.) directly in Slack if the integration is enabled. Users can choose if they want email or Slack notifications, or both.

We have streamlined our analytics setup and moved assessment, feedback and 1:1 analytics to the corresponding feature tabs.
Past assessment cycles are now closed automatically 2 months after the development talk deadline. You can find (and potentially re-open) closed cycles via a filter on your cycle list.
We implemented a few nudges to encourage better feedback behavior, for example pointing out the need to provide an example if you give constructive feedback.
